Hi, I'm Dwayne
I've spent 20+ years coaching athletes get stronger, lift heavier and move better.
I'm a South African national gold medalist and Masters record holder in weightlifting. I've mentored a beginner powerlifter to become a world champion and world record holder. I've guided international athletes to Masters Gold. I've worked with Olympic swimmers, champion fighters, and thousands of CrossFitters who needed to get stronger.
Here's what I know: most athletes don't need more volume. They need better structure.
